Edlington Tai Chi group meet on a Wednesday morning 10 -11am Venue Yorkshire Main Community Centre DN12 1AB on Edlington Lane (next to the Post Office ). LFA T'ai Chi every Monday evening 7.00pm - 8.00pm at Portobello Methodist Church Hall Holderness Road Hull. My name is Sheila Dickinson and I would like to invite you to join our friendly T'ai Chi Class. New people are always welcome to join our class. LFA T'ai Chi is the ultimate health exercise system. Every movement has been designed to move all of the body without straining any joint. The movements are practised from a standing position, making it an ideal exercise for anyone suffering from osteoporosis. |

 Our Willerby T'ai Chi group meet every Monday morning 10.30am to 11.30am at the Methodist Hall, Carr Lane, Willerby
My name is Sheila Dickinson, I have been teaching T'ai Chi for over 25 years. Our Monday morning class, is a very friendly group and always welcomes to people to come and join us.
Our classes are taught in a fun light hearted way, we feel people learn more if they are enjoying themselves.

LFA T'ai Chi classes are enjoyable friendly and relaxing, in contradiction they are about so much more. I have personally witnessed people gain so many health benefits from attending our classes.
Our Friday morning class is a small friendly group that always welcome new people. Time 10.00am to 11.00am every week.
Venue Preston Community Hall, carpark
Cost £5 per class charged in four week blocks of £20 concessions made for holidays if told at time of booking

If you suffer from Back Pain, you want your life back, and you want it now. Unfortunately no one possess a magic wand, I speak now from personal experience.I started with back problems in the early nineteen eighties, at that time western medicine could do little for me. However I consider myself very lucky I found the Lee style of Tai Chi, although I had to work at it, I am pleased to report today I am still walking pain free. |

This exercise has no side effects, once learnt you can use it for the rest of your life. If you find that your life is stressful at times, instead of reaching for a quick fix that can have possible side effects. Why not try a simple breathing exercise, this exercise has been used successfully by people taking there driving test. Or if you feel that life is just to much, try it what do you have to lose?
